Ancien économiste au ministère des Finances et du Budget de Centrafrique, il a précédemment occupé les postes de responsable de chargé de projet, de chargé de comptabilité et appel d’offres chez ELIST Consulting, puis de consultant en stratégie au sein du groupe MACIF.

Diplômé d’un Master recherche en études internationales et européennes, spécialité gouvernance des organisations pour le développement international à l’Université Grenoble Alpes et d’un MBA en stratégie et intelligence économique à l’École de guerre économique de Paris, il détient un certificat exécutif en finance d’entreprise de l’Institut français de gestion de Paris.
Il dispose d’un panorama d’expertises opérationnelles en intelligence stratégique, renseignement économique, analyse économique, veille informationnelle, campagne d’influence, gestion de projet et lobbying auprès des entreprises et administrations publiques.

A former economist at the Ministry of Finance and Budget of the Central African Republic, he previously held the positions of project manager, accounting and tender manager at ELIST Consulting, then strategy consultant within the MACIF group.

Graduate of a Master’s degree in research in international and European studies, specializing in governance of organizations for international development at the University of Grenoble Alpes and an MBA in strategy and economic intelligence at the Paris School of Economic Warfare, he holds a certificate executive in corporate finance from the French Institute of Management in Paris.
It has a panorama of operational expertise in strategic intelligence, economic intelligence, economic analysis, information monitoring, influence campaign, project management and lobbying with companies and public administrations.
